Picking the right word to explain the phenomenon of manmade climate change (the new term for global warming) is tough. Fraud. Sham. Hoax. Bogus. Phony. Quackery. Believing that infinitesimally insignificant man can change the climate is the height of conceit.

Manmade climate change holds less and less credibility. The use of manmade climate change to shape public policy has become scandalous. The collaborative snow job by global warming champions has been successfully challenged time and again over the past few years.

The director of Climate Research Unit at East Anglia University was relieved in 2009 for suppressing the work of skeptics and critics. The UK Guardian found serious flaws in major data contributions from Chinese weather stations and discovered some principle research documents missing. The UN claim that all Himalayan glaciers would melt by 2035 was based on one non-scientist’s fiction. The UN also incorrectly identified climate change as linked to the rising cost of natural disasters. Use of tree rings to regressively reconstruct global temperatures was found absolutely inconclusive.

Manmade climate change evidence continues to evaporate. It has either dried up or was made up.

-- CLAIM: The earth is overheating caused by people (mostly Americans) building factories and driving big cars. FACT: The planet has been warming and cooling since the beginning of time.

-- CLAIM: Computer models predict the dramatic increase in the global temperature. FACT: Computer models have been notoriously wrong. Garbage in; garbage out.

-- CLAIM: We are experiencing the hottest decade ever. FACT: Temperature measurements indicate no warming over the past eighteen years.

-- CLAIM: Global warming is melting the polar ice caps. FACT: The Antarctic sea ice is expanding.

-- CLAIM: Global warming is causing extreme weather. FACT: Planet earth is experiencing normal variations in temperature and precipitation.

Anyone desiring to make the effort may consult websites successfully discrediting the manmade climate change and junk science claims. These include:

So, why the continued push by the president of the United States supporting manmade climate change? It may be a well-orchestrate scam run by con artists (tell a big enough lie often enough and people will eventually believe you) to bolster Obama’s foreign and domestic policies.

Here are the real reasons for the pursuit of manmade climate change fraud. One is the redistribution of wealth from the United States to underdeveloped countries. Another is the promotion of global socialism.

A quick glance at the February 2, 2013 issue of Forbes contains an article by Larry Bell titled “In Their Own Words: Climate Alarmists Debunk Their ‘Science’”. Here are a few citations. Maurice Strong who organized the first UN Earth Climate Summit (1992) in Brazil let the cat out of the bag. “We may get to the point where the only way of saving the world will be for industrialized civilization to collapse.”

Ottmar Edenhofer, a United Nations official of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is quoted as saying, “…one has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate policy is environmental policy. Instead, climate change policy is about how we redistribute de facto the world’s wealth…”

Former Senator Timothy Wirth (D, CO) happily points out, “We have got to ride the global warming issue. Even if the theory of global warming is wrong, we will be doing the right thing in terms of economic policy….” Wirth lobbies for hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars to “help underdeveloped countries fight climate change” via the UN and the Better World Fund.

Louis Proyect of Columbia University told it like it is in 12/4/08. “The answer to global warming is in the abolition of private property and production for human need. A socialist world would place an enormous priority on alternative energy sources. This is what ecologically minded socialists have been exploring for quite some time now.”

The next UN Climate Change Conference will be held December 2015 in Paris. The purpose is to achieve a legally binding universal agreement on climate from all the nations of the world. At that time President Obama will pledge $3 billion to the UN Green Climate Fund adding to our $18 trillion debt.

We still have fifteen months of the Obama regime left for him to follow through on his pledge to fundamentally transform the United States of America.
