The North Dakota University System is out of control.  Most legislators, of both parties, will agree with that to some extent (Sometimes publicly, more often privately.)  

Both taxpayers and students have suffered staggering cost increases when it comes to college education. 

As the graph to the right show, taxpayers and student have both seen massive cost increases in the last decade.

It's time to do something about this!

House Bill 1369 is the first step to bringing this outrageous cost-curve under control.

For too long, the North Dakota University System has been left unchecked. 

Spending on higher education in North Dakota has increased faster than any segment of government, yet tuition costs for our students continue to increase.

When will the legislature exert it's oversight on the higher education system?
