N.D. MEDIA BEGINS REPORTING ON CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION RELATED TO SANDY BLUNT PROSECUTION

The Bismarck Tribune has posted a story on their website about the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation investigating charges of perjury, criminal conspiracy, false statement, and misapplication of entrusted property.

Be sure and monitor the comments as I (Steve Cates) become the subject of anonymous verbal venom. Please note that no one will address any of the many, many facts concerning my accusations that have been publically presented in the print edition of The Dakota Beacon and on the website. To learn the facts and get an idea of what the charges are check out the Sandy Blunt Persecution section of this website.

P.S. Overlooked is the fact that at least one witness during the trial of Sandy Blunt likely committed perjury while giving testimony. See if you can figure out who that perjurer might have been by reading the articles in that section.

ITS ABOUT TIME.  Looking forward to seeing where this investigation leads.  I have had the misfortune of dealing with Richard Riha and the other public servants at BCSAO.  My story later.  Hey Steve free dinner for the one who guesses who the perjurer is first?

I also am noting how the merits and the facts are not being argued in the public square (at least not yet) concerning the Sandy Blunt prosecution.  I see a large fan pointing at the BCSAO with a rather large glob of material just hitting said fan and that glob is filled with facts although the stink that should be forthcoming might say otherwise!  Facts are stubborn things and I hope the investigation will focus on the timeline laid out and the facts along that timeline.

Madknuk:

That is too easy. Based on the information available on the Dakota Beacon website currently (March 11, 2010).....

How many perjurers?

Who is likely being investigated as having committed perjury?

What are the specific episodes of the documented perjury?

The first person who answers these three questions correctly will lunch on me at Peacock Alley in Bismarck.

Any mention of this article has now been removed from the Bismarck Tribunes Home page.  Anybody surprised.  Follow the above link and hopefully you can still find it.  Way to stand up for “seeking to find and publish the truth”  John Irby.

The Atricle’s title is now back on on the front page of the Tribunes webpage under most commented stoies.  I hope one day they will put the truth on the front page of their newspaper.
