Even with fawning coverage of the Obama family vacation in Marxist Vineyard, and the distraction of Senator Kennedy’s death and funeral, the downward spiral continues for The Anointed One. According to the Sunday, August 30, 2009 Daily Presidential Tracking Poll people seem to be on to the Obama double talk with a significant disapproval:
Proverbs 13:5, “A righteous man hateth lying: but a wicked man is loathsome, and cometh to shame.”
There was an interesting piece in the Tribune on August 27 (?) by Richard Cohen. He is usually dripping with sweetness for anything Democrat and Liberal; however, this piece was indicative of his disenchantment of Obama and his administrative abilities. Cohen seemed surprised that Obama is so inept at handling things. I would say that I am surprised at Cohen’s sudden epiphany. Did these Obama people really believe that he has/had some real plans and vision for the country? The man is an opportunist. That is where he came from and that is what he is: organizing a discontented neighborhood of money-seeking and social program dependent persons is a far cry from finding real solutions in governing a nation.
President Obama is in over his head—-the problem is that he has dragged the nation along with him into the deep water.
