SALLY MORRIS: FROM RUSSIA - WITH LOVE!

Meet Anastasia Tyurina! She is seven in this video - done about a year ago. She is obviously a virtuoso but she gets more than mere tones from her little balalaika. Her music comes from deep within - she plays brilliantly but more than that, she plays with soul. Her musicality is manifest in every phrase and her captivating personality truly sparkles in this great piece of music of old Russia. This is an unparalleled performance.
