SALLY MORRIS:  MASKS ARE NOT HARMLESS

The following is the text of an email I have sent to various legislators in our area and several interested parties.  If you agree that this is something we should be acting on please share this and send your own message regarding these masks.  Both the Minnesota and North Dakota legislatures are contemplating making these "emergency" mandates LAW.  They would presumably sunset whenever the CDC (notoriously unreliable as to public health) decides they don't want us to wear them.  This will be the Twelfth of Never.   This should give us all great concern.  If you have been relying on masks to keep you safe, or if you have not felt a need to object, please read the following and check out the links.  Those experts who are speaking out have nothing to gain and everything to lose.  They are doing so out of a sense of integrity and are guided by their moral compass.  They deserve to be heard.

There is a tendency among many, both among lawmakers and among the general public that while they hate wearing face masks, find them repulsive and difficult to breathe through, it seems a great bother to communicate this to those who influence "mandates" and legislation.  They put them on, run in the store and out again as quickly as possible with these obstructions on their faces just to avoid conflict with the businesses who are being forced to comply or with police.  However, I think of the many people who are forced to wear these things just to go to their job.  The thousands and thousands of check-out clerks, for example, people who work in restaurants and other businesses who interact with the public.  They wear these things for hours at a time.  Perhaps most of their waking hours.  As these things are in use longer more evidence is coming in about the harm they are doing.  Much of this harm will not show up in a few days or a few weeks, but perhaps in a few more months.

Here are but a few of the problems with "going along to get along" with regard to mask-wearing.

1.  "Mask mouth" - dentists are finding a 50% increase in gingivitis and dental caries associated with the wearing of masks.  This is due, they speculate, to the temperature in the mouth changing, so as to change the chemistry.  This oral health problem can lead to even more serious health risks.  (https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/mask-mouth-dentists-warn-prolonged-use-of-masks-leading-to-poor-oral-hygiene)

2.  Children who have been wearing masks breathe as best they can through their mouths and inasmuch as their facial structures are still in a formative stage causing facial deformity in some cases.  The longer this goes on the more we will be seeing.  (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20129889/) (https://muchadoaboutcorona.ca/facial-deformities/)

3.  Face masks are causing skin problems and infections.  While this may seem less critical, severe acne is a factor in depression and even suicide in younger people.  We have seen a sharp increase in these problems since the wearing of masks has been a factor.  Children, in particular, are at risk for impetigo.  This is a highly contagious bacterial infection which can develop into kidney problems, cellulitis - a very serious condition - and scarring.

4.  Obstruction of breathing puts a strain on the heart.  This puts many at risk.  It would only be compounded by physical activity.

5.  The obstruction also affects the lower respiratory system - people with COPD, chronic bronchitis and other breathing difficulties are at risk.  Bacterial pneumonia is on the rise and experts suspect this is due to increased moisture from wearing face masks.

6.  Rebreathing CO2 back into the lungs can create a condition called hypercapnia.  This changes the body chemistry from alkaline to acidic, which makes it vulnerable to growth of cancer and other tumors.

7.  Reduced oxygen harms the brain.  OSHA regulations call for 19.5% oxygen in the workplace.  This is for the safety of workers and the public.  Wearing a mask defeats this safety regulation.  Oxygen is very quickly - within seconds - reduced from the healthy minimum of 19.5% to close to 17%.  Over time this would reduce further.  As a mask becomes moist it becomes a more effective barrier to oxygen.  (This is why, if you are trying to escape a burning building you are advised to put a wet cloth over your nose and mouth to keep from inhaling the smoke, that being the greater danger.)  There is a good reason for these regulations - workers who are hypoxic are going to be a hazard in the workplace, a danger to themselves and others - the minimum concentration of oxygen in the air we breathe that is safe for humans is 19.5%.  Normal is 19.5% - 23%.  Brain function becomes impaired at less than this.  It is compounded if a person is physically active - standing for long periods of time or, say, working in a restaurant.

8.  Obviously anyone at risk for stroke (and many are at risk who aren't aware of it) should not be wearing anything which would obstruct the air intake.  If one has suffered a stroke, the reduced oxygen intake will hamper and perhaps preclude recovery of brain function.

9.  It has now come to light that wearing masks increases the risk of advanced-stage lung cancer.  (https://truth11.com/2021/01/16/study-long-term-mask-use-breeds-microbes-that-infiltrate-the-lungs-and-contribute-to-advanced-stage-lung-cancer/#:~:text=Masks%20are%20priming%20the%20lungs%20for%20inflammation%20and,use%20creates%20a%20moist%20environment%20that%20cultivates%20microbes.)  Quite obviously this is an unacceptable risk.

10.  There are psychological issues - these can include a depressed immune system (thus setting us up for a variety of infections and diseases) and we are also seeing many manifestations of obsessive-compulsive "germophobia".   The wearing of these masks (and other protocols encouraged by so-called public health officials) is creating this in otherwise normal people and aggravating it in those already affected.  It is a mental disorder.   We see this in people who overreact when they see anyone not wearing a mask.  It creates a serious social problem - many people cannot wear a mask either because of an acute health issue or a physical disability.  In many instances people have behaved very bizarrely in this situation, acting out physically as well as vocally.  (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7324330/).

11. Increased risk of contracting Covid-19:  “Mask use by the general public could be associated with a theoretical elevated risk of COVID-19 through… self-contamination,” states Public Health Ontario in Wearing Masks in Public and COVID-19. “By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and travel into the brain,” theorizes nationally recognized board-certified neurosurgeon, Dr. Russell Blaylock, MD (in an article at The Centre for Research on Globalization).

12. Psychological development of children is at risk:  “I believe the real threat right now is what we’re doing to sabotage the mental, emotional and physical health of… our children, whose development is dependent on social interactions, physical contact and facial expressions,” writes Dr. Joseph Mercola of Mercola.com. “Between mask wearing and social distancing, I fear the impact on children in particular may be long-term, if not permanent.”

13. Most masks are laden with various toxins and carcinogens.  Fire retardants, dyes, formaldehyde, lead, fiberglass and other dangerous substances are breathed in - and out - by someone wearing a mask.  We are at great pains to keep lead paint away from children and yet we see them all wearing these masks.

Any one of these would be reason enough not to wear masks.  But when we wear these we are at risk for all of them.  There is no evidence that masks do anything to prevent the spread of the virus.  In fact, the contrary has been indicated.  It is a physical impossibility for a face mask to keep the virus out.  The particle is far too small to be impeded by a face mask.  Whatever we are able to breathe in through the mask will include any virus particles in the atmosphere and anything we breathe out through the mask will also include any virus particle we would otherwise breathe out.

The masks are unsanitary.  In fact even in a medical setting they contribute to rather than prevent infections.  We are now seeing them on the sidewalks, in parking lots, in gutters, anywhere people have been.  If you don't want to see a used diaper there, you should not want to see a bacteria-laden discarded mask either.  Someone has to pick them up at some point.

It becomes more clear the more we know and understand about these masks that the objective is not to protect anyone but rather to manipulate us, to abuse us, demoralize us, de-person us and exert power over us for its own sake.

The above is now within the knowledge of those who receive this email.  You are responsible for whatever influence you exercise over the discussion of these mandates and/or legislation.  Masks are actually harming us.  They are doing nothing to protect us.  If you persist in supporting these egregious violations of our human rights, it is entirely on you now.  You may research these conclusions - the links are a good starting point.  Many experts are coming out and publicly opposing the use of face masks.  They have NOTHING TO GAIN for this position.  They stand to lose much by opposing the "narrative".  There is no profit in it.  Their motives are not suspect here.  The same cannot be said about those who are promoting them.  The agencies and individuals who are promoting masks  and even suggesting multiple masks, have gone back and forth - Dr. Fauci was against wearing masks last March.  By summer he was for them.  A few weeks ago he suggested wearing two, not one.  Now he has walked that back to one.  Dr. Fauci is not just learning new things about viruses and masks.  He has been a virologist long enough not to have been mistaken last March.  Clearly his advice is based on political winds.  He has discredited himself.

Those in a position to make laws and enforce them have a responsibility to act respectfully toward those they are supposed to serve.  Their job is not to please a party or show solidarity with its position, it is not to support a party leader or official.  Their job is first, as with the Hippocratic Oath - to do no harm.  First of all, do no harm.  These mask mandates and orders and their enforcement are in fact in reckless disregard for the public's health and well-being.  I call upon you to end these mandates.  You are doing us all harm.  We can't and shouldn't tell others they may not wear a mask, but we have no right to impose this on those who for any reason object.
