Kevin Cramer has provided further evidence that he’s not fit to serve.  His most recent pronouncement is that states which mandate vaccine passports must also mandate voter IDs.  

So this is his idea of “clever”.  He must have made notes for this on a napkin at the Mayflower.  

Well, we could begin by defining our terms.  Which Cramer hasn’t.  Well, of course, we all know what a vaccine passport is.  It means giving the state life-and-death power over us, forcing a vaccine into our bodies which shows more evidence every day that it is neither safe nor effective, which is beside the point.  It is forced.  That’s the point.  Forced, but not insured.  Interesting, that.  So it is now just fine in America to corral people as though they were livestock and inject and brand them and send them out with their little tags - the passports.   Now they are to be allowed, at least for a time, to enter a restaurant, a shop, a concert, a sporting event, a school, the workplace, a business office, a zoo, a park, a museum, a theater, a bar.  For a time, anyway, until their passport is superseded by another demand, a new passport.  Maybe this one will have something to do with your firstborn son.  Because when you once give the state absolute power over your life and surrender your God-given freedom, the freedom generations of Americans have fought to preserve, you can’t stop them with a simple vaccine.  It might be one today, two tomorrow, the monthly jab after that . . . until you die.  Because that is the goal.  You dead.

Now let’s move on to the voter IDs.  That can be as complex or as simple as a given state’s government decides.  One state might set up a system guaranteed to carefully screen out those who do not have the right to vote and possibly prevent multiple votes by a single voter.  That would be the hard way.  Another state might, as my brother put it, deploy some C-5s and hire some illegals to shovel ID cards out the back end as it flies over cities and towns, print them out and distribute them at McDonald’s perhaps, as part of McDonald’s ongoing “anti-discrimination” program.  The possibilities here are endless.  So much for Keven Cramer’s stupid idea of a “poison pill” for forced vaccination.

It is a perfect illustration of how you can’t do “good” by “bad” means.  If your holy grail is voter ID and you regard this as a good thing, don’t pursue it through evil means.  But then, Cramer, the preacher’s boy in the big city, has long ago lost any virtue he may ever have had.  Personally, I don’t think this is possible.  I think we were all wrong about his virtue in the first place.  He is either monumentally stupid or he’s on the Dark Side.  You pick.  Cramer is conflating two unrelated ideas - forced vaccines and legitimate elections.  Only one side is totally in power and the other is a total sham.  It is a brainchild worthy of a seven-year-old.  Maybe it isn’t just Joe Biden.  Maybe there is something else in the water or air in Washington.  It might be good for Cramer to go home and get some fresh air and stay out of Washington for the rest of his life.  

In other quarters, it seems that there is no longer any pretense that we are governed by elected representatives or even official government agencies.  Nope.  Now we are all taking our orders directly from the CDC.  If there was ever a case that I was right a few days ago when I cautioned that Big Pharma needs to be reined in, here it is.  The CDC has just announced an extension of the Rent Moratorium.  That’s right.  The CDC - which has been 100% ineffective and a total bollux as to its own official, stated mission, that of helping people to avoid becoming ill or destroying their health by poisoning, has branched out!  They believe they have the portfolio on our economy now, having destroyed it.  They want to make sure they have pushed the stake through its miserable heart with this one.  Way to go, CDC.  And the CDC is a private institution.  It just sucks much of its money out of the taxpayer.  As far as their “moratorium” goes, and forgive me, for this is soooooo fundamental and simple it is almost insulting to explain (I do so for those who are just beginning to think, not my usual readers), what drives costs down?  Surpluses.  What drives rent costs down?  A surplus of rental property.  What provides a variety of properties to rent?  Individual, private landlords, that’s what.  If you want to help renters, help ensure that there are a lot of landlords.  If you want the best conditions for renters, make sure that they have choices in the marketplace.  Simple.  What does the CDC or its cheerleader, AOC, think happens when a landlord cannot collect his rents?  Here’s a clue:  He can’t pay his mortgage.  He loses his property.  The BANK evicts his tenants.  The property declines, as does the whole neighborhood.  The former tenants live on the street because guess what?  No one will want to rent to them . . . because they can’t collect rent from them and if they could afford to be philanthropists they wouldn’t be doing the unrewarding work of being a landlord, right?  Landlords are not equipped to be public charities.  But this is beyond the understanding of those who support this idea - although not beyond the understanding of the communists who are promoting it as a “solution”.  (Hint:  the solution was published here in the Dakota Beacon in March of 2020.)

Well, finally, in the “had it coming” department, I think we can elevate Mr. Richard Trumka.  Trumka, who until yesterday headed up the AFL-CIO, and was pushing the vaccine on union members everywhere with an iron arm, went ten toes up himself after taking it.  It is only fitting for someone who callously promotes and coerces others to take a dangerous and unproven, experimental injection, to go by the sword, so to speak, himself.  It always seems mean to say “I told you so”, and even though it is nearly always apropos in my case, it gives little satisfaction.  But it is instructive and could be helpful if those who ostentatiously take the injection and try to strong-arm the rest of us by whatever extortive means they may have, into taking it, for them to go belly-up.  Those people might accomplish good in death which they rejected in life.  Fate works in mysterious ways.  We will all die eventually, but it seems appropriate that some die by the means they would inflict on others.  It seems just.

There’s always more to cover than there is time or space, but I think these stories give us all something to think about.
