There is a lot in the news to occupy our thoughts:  several corporate companies have “gone woke” in various obscene ways - Bud Light (and the rest of the brands under the Anheuser-Busch umbrella), Coors (and the other brands under its corporate umbrella), which are attacking either men in general or attempting to normalize cross-dressing and “trans” people - and Target, which is now hiring literal satanists to design weird clothing for children, covered with gay and satanic logos which no child should even understand and a line of bathing suits for boys to disguise their gender.  Well, that’s one.  

People continue to be injured or to die from the poisonous "Covid vaccines" and yet our government persists in pushing them.  The death count continues to rise, the grief never ends.  And the pharmaceutical giants who are profiting from this are protected - by our government.

We continue to hear bald-faced lies about the war going on in the Ukraine.  As Ukrainian soldiers (and civilians) are dying in huge numbers, losing ground every day, as Russian troops continue to advance, the US (pretending to be NATO) continues to fund this misery.  Who is winning?  Russia.  Russia takes victory after victory while the nation irrationally sworn to destroy them - America - continues to pour what remains of its wealth and military resources into a worthless and lost cause.  Not only are we squandering our resources, we are (and have for some time) been destroying our good name, our reputation, and the respect of all other nations, not only in the west, our so-called allies, but crucially, our adversaries, the other tyrannies around the world and third world developing nations as well.  How?  By committing stupid acts of terrorism, by starting wars - everywhere - and then, when we are backed into a corner, abandoning our allies to the enemy, leaving behind whatever military and other assets we have wasted there.  We have toppled governments, assassinated leaders of other nations as though we were some kind of Mafia hitmen, and most of them to our own and the world’s detriment.  One case in point was Muammar Gaddafi (remember Hillary’s pronouncement?  “We came, we saw, he died”?).  Yeah.  How did that work out?  Gaddafi was, among Muslim nation leaders, one of those who had been most cooperative with the west.  His nation was not a failed state at the time.  His overthrow occasioned a mass exodus of Libyans and others coming through Libya into Europe, undoing that continent forever.  The social ills of most western European nations can be laid largely at the doorstep of policies such as this, which have destabilized nations like Libya.  

Now, after a shameful and humiliating betrayal in Afghanistan, we have moved on to destroy the Ukraine.  We (I mean our government) used this nation as a warehouse for our bio weapons laboratories and factories, which would have been illegal here in the U.S.  The Biden family which fronts for our government now, used it to launder millions and millions of dollars for their personal exchequer and their family’s self-indulgence.  They manipulated that nation’s government and overthrew leaders they did not like.  They prodded the country into attempting to become NATO members, against every promise we ever made in peace talks with Russia and for no other reason than to goad Russia.  We have demonized Putin in a ridiculous way to set the stage, perhaps for his overthrow or demise, as Hillary’s State Department coup in Libya, as though Russia were Libya - Russia with much of the world’s wealth in natural resources, culture and relative political stability.  The certifiably insane Lindsay Graham has called for another assassination there, of Putin.  And we listen to this every day on our mainstream media.  And it’s not only nuts, it’s also untrue.  Russia appears to have won the war already, and our meddling there has cost the unfortunate Ukrainians hundreds of thousands of lives, their infrastructure, their homes, their livelihoods.  It may even cost them more before we are finished with our sport with them.  Our foreign policy is apparently in the hands of the weirdest, most reckless and insane people in the CIA, not the government we supposedly elected.  If all of this were not enough, we have joined the ranks of international terrorists by blowing up the Nord Stream gas line in the North Sea.  If we had been told even 10 years ago, during Obama’s ill-considered administration, that we would progress from mere pallets of cash to Iran to this we would never have believed it, but there it is.  And every day we are told what a success it is, even as Ukrainians die and their homeland is destroyed on our dime.

Crime here is out of sight.  Shoplifting in many cities is now de facto legal, with police standing down.  The burning of our cities in 2020 has given way to simply their unbelievable decay.  Homelessness is now an accepted feature and human waste litters the streets, drug use is open and uncontested.  Our kids are dying from fentanyl - which is imported from China through our southern border which is open and freely crossed by thousands every day.  Many of these people traffic children into forced labor or the sex trade or to simply traffic drugs.  Even our pets are not safe.  One man’s dog died from fentanyl picked up from the ground while out for a walk.  This is undoubtedly happening every day.  One gram of fentanyl - the amount necessary to cause law enforcement to become involved - is enough to kill 20,000 human beings.  Does anyone care about this?

We are teetering on the precipice of world war, not only in eastern Europe, but in the far East as well.  Does anyone care about this?  Or are we all too absorbed in TikTok (which is being used as the excuse to end our First Amendment, by the way)?

All of this is news.  So is the announcement of Ron DeSantis of his run for the presidency - and our news outlets cannot seem to condemn him enough for offering to take on this mess.  But what about the story under all of the above - our government’s obscene spending?  We have allowed our government to spend everything we will ever have.  It is credit debt on a massive scale.  It is destroying what was left of America.  And what is our response?  “Is there anything in the spending bill for me?”  Senator Chip Roy (R-TX) delivered a powerful denouncement of this, which we should all heed.  He sends us a vital and urgent message.  I only wish he were a candidate for president.  We need to call on our own senators to support him.  We can’t ignore this any longer.  If we deal with this honestly and ethically much of the rest of our problems will shrink as well.  Perhaps money IS the root of evil.  America has certainly become an evil place and an evil power on the world stage.  Maybe starving this government is the very best thing we can do for our country now.
