I usually take a look at the headlines first, then read the stories and commentary on Robert Spencer's Jihad Watch site.  I never fail to find something interesting, and have noted more than once that it is the best place to find out what is happening in Minnesota, the Star Tribune being what it is.  Today I was at a loss.  I'm just sending you the website links.  

If you love dogs you might be dismayed to learn that we have been sending valuable, trained bomb-sniffing dogs to Jordan to be abused by the people who have received them.  I'm not at all sure we should care that much about about a culture where people have no compunction about strapping bombs to women and children.  I don't know where PETA is in all this - probably trying to tell us to feed our own dogs vegan diets or something.  Honestly, what did we think they would do with dogs in a Muslim dominated country?  So there's that. https://www.jihadwatch.org/2019/09/bomb-sniffing-dogs-us-sent-to-jordan-are-dying-from-poor-treatment

Hmmm.  Another abuse of American tax dollars by another university.  This one focusing on teaching Islam to our kids on the federal dollar.  Great idea.  Use their precious school years not to prepare them to be American citizens with professional competence but rather Islamic converts or apologists who will devote their adult lives to supporting the people who would enslave us.  Terrific idea.  Another reason to get our federal government out of the business of education entirely.  There is a good reason why the founders did not fund education.   https://www.jihadwatch.org/2019/09/trump-administration-threatens-funding-for-unc-duke-course-promoting-islam

"Islam is RIGHT about women."  Free speech?  "Hate" speech?  These flyers were posted in Winchester, MA, by SOMEONE.  It poses a real dilemma to the thought police, doesn't it?  I mean, is it "Islamophobic" to take them down?  All is says is that Islam is "RIGHT".  Who could object to that?  Or . . . is it misogynistic?  The authorities that be in Winchester ran around and took them all down.  Does this mean that they oppose the teachings of Islam?  That they object to a statement that Islam is "right"?  What if the statement was "Islam is WRONG about women"?  It all comes down to this - the thought police are now out of their depth.  We have been told by them that it is "Islamophobic" to find any fault with this cult.  So someone agrees with Islam and says so.  Now that, too, is forbidden.  I think they should leave the signs up anywhere they don't obstruct traffic signs.  I'm for free speech.  I'm also for the truth.  If you agree with Islam you are probably not in support of women's rights.  It's pretty simple, isn't it?  But not to the thought police.https://www.jihadwatch.org/2019/09/winchester-massachusetts-islam-is-right-about-women-flyers-plastered-all-over-town
