LAUGHING AT NORTH DAKOTA…..WITH GOOD REASON?

It has gotten very sad now that nationally recognized healthcare/insurance expert Joe Paduda has begun to joke about the people running North Dakota, and logically, he has good reason in his latest article "North Dakota - they do things different up there....." --------

 

Loyal readers, return with us once again to the wilds of North Dakota, that ice-bound region where executives are criminalized for signing off on cookies and balloons at farewell parties, where out-of-control prosecutors deny defendants their constitutional rights, where a boss not from NoDak is pilloried despite turning around a troubled state agency.

Yes, the Sandy Blunt case has reached a new peak of incomprehensibility. Here's the latest.

 This would actually be pretty funny, even hilarious, if it wasn't about a prosecutor who allegedly committed crimes in the course of prosecuting one of the most decent, honest, and competent executives I've had the honor of meeting in my 25 plus years in the business world.

 

Will the day come when the North Dakota media decides to give an objective look into crimes........of the prosecutors. Since nothing else makes sense.....they must be afraid of something. What is it?

NO INTEGRITY is the reason.  I order to right a wrong you must have backbone, character and INTEGRITY.  In order to report on a story where you didn’t get all the facts right in the first place you have to have INTEGRITY. Everyone has had the wool pulled over their eyes.  Do a story with the correct facts and all is forgiven.  I think the ND media has waited to long, they can now only hope the story goes away.  I hope I am mistaken.  When no Front Page story comes I will be right.

FELAND IS UNETHICAL and this is another reason people are laughing at North Dakota.  Everytime I see a Feland for District Judge sign I have to smile.  Shes a joke and yet shes having the last laugh.

Can anyone tell me if there is a debate upcoming with the Judge candidates.  I want to see if Feland will answer questions about her role in the Sandy Blunt persecution.

Why are you ignoring the big news?  Sandy Blunt appeals to the Supreme Court and you let the Decoder break the story?  What has Blunt slapped a muzzle on you?  This is big big news, now the ND Supreme Court is in on the conspiracy to get Sandy.

Jacob: There is a whole lot about Sandy Blunt going on that the ND media refuses to report on. I am involved in several ongoing investigations targeting the Burleigh County State’s Attorney’s Office and it would not be prudent for me to post much about anything related Sandy. Believe me, there is so much I would like to do. Now is just not the right time.

I do not think that Sandy would ever even try to “muzzle” anyone, even if he could.

ND Supreme courts intimidation tactics are NO LAUGHING MATTER!  Someone on this panel must find the backbone and integrity to put a stop to this nonsense and give Sandy some justice instead of the continuing mockery of The American Justice System.  Just because he is not a native North Dakotan that should not allow him to be thrown under the bus and continually backed over.  Enough already.
