Britney and the Alerus Center Mystery

Britney Spears’ Circus tour needs 34 trucks to carry 60 tons of equipment—its staff and cast number in the hundreds.  When the Circus visits Grand Forks in September, the city will be the smallest and most remote location on the tour.  It is a bit of a mystery why Spears would bypass Minneapolis, Winnipeg and even Fargo for GF.  The Herald reports the Alerus Center is guaranteeing Britney somewhere in the $750-850 thousand range—it’s MAKE OR BREAK for the Alerus.

It seems to me as though, given the way the Alerus is set up, the people of Grand Forks are basically subsidizing Neil Diamond and Britney Spears concerts.

Having Britney come to Grand Forks and wear(?) that outfit may be worth every penny.

Is that painted on or some type of body stocking? Does anyone know?

Please this could be some critical Alerus marketing information.
