SALLY MORRIS:  AMERICA HAS FALLEN, PART TWO - THE “INSURRECTION”

If you were here Thursday, you know I believe we have lost America.  It is not up to us to “save” our country but to win it back.  As I have said, our country was taken out by a “one-two” punch - the “pandemic” and our hopelessly flawed response was Thursday’s topic.  Today we can discuss the Insurrection.

On May 25, Memorial Day, George Floyd, an ex-con, out of his mind on drugs, sought by police for allegedly trying to pass counterfeit money, died in custody, possibly as the result of the police officer’s holding him down with a knee in his neck for 9 minutes.  Do-gooders staged a “protest” against “police brutality”.  I have made the point previously that the Minneapolis police department needed cleaning up after Mohammed Noor shot and killed Justine Damond in cold blood in 2017.  At that time no one protested “police brutality”, of course.  Noor is a Somali and Damond was a white woman from Australia.  No big deal.  When he was convicted at long last, on charges amounting to man slaughter (it really should have been second-degree murder, imo), there were riots.  The “protesters” then were all for police brutality.  Which tells us that it has nothing to do with police brutality at all, right?  It is nothing but racism.   However, back to Floyd - his death  was enough to incite a riot which destroyed Minneapolis and parts of St. Paul.  It precipitated a rash of riots - violence which has continued unabated all summer long, from New York to Chicago, Portland, Seattle, St. Louis, Milwaukee and more, with new performances added across the nation daily.  Recently we are seeing rioting in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Sacramento, California and another round of riots in Minneapolis, the latter as a result of a domestic abuser and murderer shooting himself - all caught on video - and without even a shot being fired by the “brutal” police.  We have seen many killed, some rioters and others innocent people - even in their own homes.  The economic costs are incalculable, really.  The actual looting and arson is only the tip of the iceberg.  The real losses will be coming as people abandon these cities and re-establish their lives elsewhere.

There is not much that needs to be said here but here are a few points to bear in mind.

The riots are part of a long-range movement by self-proclaimed “trained Marxists” to destabilize and overthrow the United States government.  They think in the long-term. We think short-term.  We need to think long-term as well.

They are not “peaceful protests” - they are violent insurrections.  Peaceful protestors do not topple statues of George Washington and burn American flags.  They do not destroy people’s homes and businesses.  They do not blockade streets and obstruct traffic.  They do not attack police.  They do not come armed with bricks, frozen water bottles, rocks, baseball bats, spikes, blinding lasers or molotov cocktails. They do not beat up passers-by.

Black Lives Matter is not about making black people’s lives better - it is about using black people to further a Marxist plan and achieve a Marxist goal.  Black people have been harmed more than any others by this “movement”.  It is one with Antifa.

Fascism seeks to shut down debate and discussion.  It is totalitarian in nature.  Once its aims have been achieved, “protests” against them will not be tolerated.  “Antifa” is not “anti-fascist”.  It is fascist.  There is little discernible difference between a Marxist and a Nazi.   It is more or less a matter of style, geography and territorial dispute.  Stalin had much more in common with Hitler than with Churchill.  There is room for doubt in the case of Roosevelt.  He was a fan of the Soviets, but that’s another story altogether.  The point is, that there are opposites here from which to choose - fascism (Antifa/BLM) and the Democrat party which supports and encourages it and the other side - freedom under the United States Constitution.

America is NOT a “racist country” with a “racist history”.  We fought a devastating civil war to establish the full rights of people of all races here.  We do have some racists of various colors and backgrounds in America, true (Black Lives Matter is by definition a racist organization), just as we have murderers, Satanists, drug dealers, crooks of various types and looters.  We are not a “nation of looters”, but there are very likely far more looters in America today than “white supremacists”.  There will be more racism the more BLM and its associated organizations promote racial division.  And they are working overtime on this.

The Democrat Party's official position seems to be that America is racist, that the rioting, looting and arson are fine and that after the election - this according to Vice Presidential nominee Kamala Harris (the presumptive Presidential candidate of the Democrat Party), who broadcast the statement that after the election the rioting “will and should” continue.  There you go.  She’s not alone, of course,   John Thompson, Congressional candidate in Minnesota, marched to Hugo, Minnesota, a small town in the area of Minneapolis, screaming at the residents there, threatening them, and calling on people to basically surrender their homes to the mob or be burned out.  Here’s a sample (language caution):  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJO1AnGPmP4

The behavior we have witnessed this summer and the statements we have heard from “leaders” make it very clear that this is not the America most of us grew up in, not the beacon of light that shone for generations here, welcoming those who wanted freedom.  Now we are told we are compelled to admit those who do not want freedom, but instead want to establish another system.  We see our monuments destroyed by mobs, our lives threatened, our businesses burned to the ground, our leaders and our law enforcement officers physically attacked.  Do you call this “America”?  This is not America - it is post-America.

It is too late to "save" the country.  Now we must win it back.  Why do I say it is too late?  Watch again the video of Kamala Harris, Democrat presumptive presidential candidate.  She has the full support of the National Education Association.  The people who have trained our rioters for the past 20 years want this to continue.  This requires more than just shooting looters (which, by the way, I advocate).  This is about rooting out the poison at its sources, beginning with our schools.  We need to start by cleaning this up.

Schools must be governed by parents’ choices.  Parents, it’s time for you to get out of the easy chairs and off the couch and start paying attention to what your kids are being taught in school.  And then take action.  This is Step One.  Trump has said he favors parental choice in education.  Take him at his word and get on the stick.  It won’t work if you don’t.  Home school if possible.  Read carefully the teaching materials - don’t assume they are honestly presenting our history or teaching our Constitution.

The Constitution is about 19 pages long.  If you read this and study it you will be prepared to recognize when our leaders abuse it, when our people abuse it, when lawbreakers abuse it.  If you don’t have a copy, google one and print it out!  And then teach it to your own kids.  No one has the excuse of not knowing what our basic law is.

Take part in your local, district and state political conventions.  You have no right to complain about the quality of our candidates for office if you don’t.

Voice your opinion.  It’s not easy these days - people lose their jobs for no reason just because they used a “sensitive” word.  Perhaps because they refuse to participate in “struggle sessions” or shaming workshops and reject self-flagellation and masochistic self-blame for no reason.  When someone attacks your “whiteness”, reject them.  You would not blame someone for being black or Asian - that would be stupid and pointless.  It is equally so to be blamed for being “white”.

Don’t apologize for perceived “privilege”.  All Americans are privileged.  We have a Constitution which, if we follow it, protects our rights.  We all have opportunities.  We must reject the idea of someone taking them away because of race or religion or any other feature of our lives.  I repeat - all Americans are privileged.  All of us.  Just go to Afghanistan or China or Africa.  Look around at all the “privilege” the people there enjoy.

We have a history to be proud of and to share with our children and with newcomers to our shores.  If they don’t approve of it they really should go somewhere else.  Our nation is one of such diversity and variety of peoples that the one and only thing we all share which makes us a nation is our philosophy of freedom and opportunity, enshrined in our Constitution and symbolized by our flag.  Those who do not accept this should find another home.

This is how we begin the long fight to take America back from the insurrectionists and their useful idiots, the mobs.  We need to talk back to mayors who would rather do the Macarena with mobs than to prevent their destroying a city.  We need to take our kids out of public schools and teach them the truth.  We need to write letters to our local newspapers, articles, call local radio shows and not be afraid to speak our minds.

If there is a problem that needs to be addressed (like “police brutality”), instead of a mindless gathering of people shuffling about with signs, however well-meaning, do something effective, like meeting and writing a petition and circulating it to effect change, hold your rallies and meetings publicly but indoors. Set a specific time for the meeting to end and have a meeting agenda.  If someone disagrees with you, listen and then, if you are right, debate them.  Don’t “unfriend” them or cancel them.  When someone is wrong and can’t make a good argument they will either admit it and reconsider their opinion or they will attempt to silence YOU.  When they do this they are leftists.  It’s a thing.  Don’t doubt this!

Don’t become a tool of an organization that will ultimately destroy not only your community but your own life and family.  Fight back.  When a governor “mandates” closure of businesses, “social distancing” or masks, talk back.  Write letters, talk to friends, neighbors, co-workers, family.  Engage them - don’t shout at them.  Challenge them.  We need to begin and once begun, never, ever stop.  The price of liberty is eternal vigilance.

Let us hope that President Trump will find ways to assert federal power in cities where mayors have refused to restore order and protect citizens' rights.
