PRE-BIRTH INFANTICIDE INDUSTRY AND THE BIG FRAUD RELATED TO CLOSING FARGO ABORATORIUM

512 1st Ave N  Fargo, ND 58102
(701) 298-9999

The caterwauling from the supporters of pre-birth infanticide/eugenics is amazingly comical. Characteristically they will never, never, never ever go near the reality of human embryology. So if they know so little about science, how else might they be factually impaired? In the case of pending North Dakota law they do not know their geography. If they seemingly have mastered so little basic knowledge, is there any basis to believe anything they claim…..NO. The Red River Women’s Clinic is 1,660 feet west of sister city Moorehead Minnesota where office rent is lower and abortion control laws are much more accommodating to destroying the unborn. All they have to do is move east and carry on. It is just like relocating across town except that there is a river to cross. Always…..FOLLOW THE MONEY!

Tammi Kromenaker, director of the Red River Women’s Clinic in Fargo led off with the first major deception:

“If the lawmakers succeeded in closing her clinic, which performs between 1,200 and 1,300 abortion a year, it could drive women to back street abortions, she said.

"Women of means who have the ability to travel to Minneapolis or South Dakota … those women will continue to have access to abortion services. Other women will be forced to continue pregnancies they don't want, or go back to what they did before Roe v Wade."

The “out of reach” deception is seconded and perpetrated by Planned Parenthood:

The following is a statement from Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota President and CEO Sarah Stoesz on today’s developments in the North Dakota Legislature:

“Last week, with a vote of 26 to 21 on the Senate floor, North Dakota legislators advanced a so-called “Personhood Constitutional Amendment.”  In addition, they advanced medically unnecessary regulations that are intentionally written to be impossible to comply with and could potentially put abortion access out of reach in North Dakota.

A quick review of the vastness of supporters of pre-birth infanticide/eugenics ignorance/dishonesty is easy to find. For instance:

“There are only two local hospitals to which Red River will be able to apply. Should the clinic be unable to provide abortions, many women in North Dakota would need to either travel to South Dakota or Minnesota, trips that would add at least four hours of travel in each direction on top of potential waiting periods as well.” - Robin Marty, Senior Political Reporter, RH Reality Check

On Thursday, February 7, 2013, the North Dakota Senate passed SB2305 that reads:

“An abortion may not be performed by any person other than a physician who is using applicable medical standards and who is licensed to practice in this state. All physicians    performing abortion procedures must have admitting privileges at a    hospital located within thirty miles [42.28 kilometers] of the abortion facility and staff privileges to replace    hospital on-staff physicians at that hospital. These privileges must include the abortion procedures the physician will be performing at abortion facilities. An abortion facility must have a staff member trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation present at all times when the abortion facility is open and abortions are scheduled to be performed.”
