Here it is. Let there be no doubt. You can believe NOTHING that OBAMA and the Democrats tell you about what it is they are trying to do.
They want nothing less than control of your body.

Conrad, Dorgan, and Pomeroy have to know that this is the end game, yet they are silent and are even having meetings to promote this!
Some stimulus plan, remove millions of private health insurance company employees from gainful employment and retrain them to be government beaurocrats. And then our tax money (and our grandchildren’s) will be used to pay the multimillion dollar malpractice lawsuits that insurance companies now pay!
Here’s the question to ask our Senators and Representative during the next month when they are on summer vacation: Has anyone in North Dakota ever been denied medical treatment at a North Dakota Hospital or Clinic? If so, it is a legitimate case for legal action against such private or public provider. It is against both the law and medical ethics standards to deny care… period! WE DO NOT NEED “SINGLE PAYER”, “UNIVERSAL”, “EUROPEAN STYLE”, “GOVERNMENT RUN”, “SOCIALIST” (OR WHATEVER YOU WISH TO CALL IT) HEALTH CARE.
What we DO NEED is federal tort reform to limit malpractive settlements to $2 Million or some other “reasonable” limit (NOT $250 million or $500 Million).
And what we DO NEED is regulation of the health insurance industry adequate to provide the current accepted medical standard of care to those with pre-existing conditions who have no insurance. No federal tax dollars are necessary to do this; those WITH insurance are paying for the treatment of those with pre-existing conditions (and no insurance) now and we should continue to pay for those people in the future. The rise in premiums will be very small in comparision to the savings derived from tort reform.
Bottom line, government is the last institution on earth that we should add to the provider/insurer/patient/clergy relationship that currently represents the best health delivery system in the world! Where do the rich and famous from all over the world go for their personal health needs? To imagine what government will do to health care in America with the current bill in congress, just pay attention to the “Cash For Clunkers” government fiasco in the automobile industry…
I don’t need to see the video to know this will not be good for any of us but this is just my opinion. Every bit of power we give the government is a little freedom we lose.
