Kris Kitko, is told that the song is full of falsehoods immediately after it was posted and even admitted that she knew the song contained falsehoods but  decided, before he was proven guilty to spearhead a petition drive to have him removed from office.

Nodland and Kitko were both informed that they were perpetrating falsehoods. Kris Kitko was even given a chance to get in front of the eventual exoneration of Dave Weiler when she was informed that the charges would be dropped against him (Weiler). An orchestrated effort to destroy the life and reputation of another human being, to purposely, by extension hurt his children, all for politics is about all that liberals can do. There are few things more dishonorable. It is disgusting.

Nodland and Kitko need to make a public apology to Dave Weiler, and it needs to be right away. Right away……But they never will. Kris Kitko seems a decent type and an interesting performer. Maybe she will do the decent thing. Nodland….no. Read what he writes, that is just the type of guy he seems to be.

At the time of her birth my niece McKenzie was the most premature (16 ounces) child to be born and survive in St. Louis County, Missouri. She was considered a miracle. Today, at 23 years she is by all accounts “a live wire”. My fondest memory of her was from the family reunion when she was 6 years old. She just wanted to crawl all over me, to be held and cuddled. Such an affectionate kid, a beautiful spirit, so easy to love, a miraculous gift from God. But what if she had never been?

Holding McKenzie I realized that she had a beautiful spirit. The realization of the beauty of her spirit, that spark of human kind got me to wondering about the moment that she changed from a genetically unique collection of cells into a human having a spirit. Did her spirit develop after her premature birth during the time that she would have spent in the womb? Did her spirit come into being exactly 9 months after her conception? When is that exact moment when a collection of cells becomes a human?

Do we know for sure when it is that an unborn child can feel pain? NO, we do not. Do we know for sure when they have awareness of themselves? NO we do not. Every country in Europe outlaws infanticide based on gestational age unless the killing of the unborn is illegal outright:

In Canada killing a child that is over 24 gestational weeks of age is illegal. In Canada McKenzie, obviously human, could have had her humanity decided by her mother and she could have been destroyed. Obviously she was very, very, very much a human being at that point in her life. In the United States she could have been destroyed up until minutes before her birth even if she had not been born premature and gone the full 39 week period of gestation.

Infanticide is barbarism. It is barbarism no matter when in the life cycle that it is done.

It seems that on a strictly scientific basis that supporting the killing of the unborn, the taking of innocent life, for whatever reason, is evidence of one of two things. Either someone who supports barbarity of this nature is either ignorant….or having knowledge of the child’s humanity, wicked.

Can it be otherwise?

If we do not know when an unborn child feels pain, is aware of anything, or when they transition from a "product of conception" to a human, do we not have an interest as a society to protect the most innocent and helpless among us?

After nearly three years of research, writing, and published documentation about the activities of Cynthia Feland and the Burleigh County State’s Attorney’s Office related to the prosecution of Sandy Blunt I have come, long ago, to the conclusion that Ms. Feland is extremely dishonest. In the Prevaricating Prosecutor series, all of the proof of this assertion has been thoroughly presented. But then when I drive around Burleigh and Morton Counties I see large and small Feland for Judge signs all over the place. What gives? Could I be wrong? What do people that really know think? Maybe members of the ND Bar Association?

Possibly the biggest election story you never heard is the one about the upcoming primary election for judges in North Dakota. The Bismarck Tribune article titled “Bar Association ranks Grossman as most qualified judicial candidate” published on May 22, 2010. What was said in the article was significant. But, what was not said was perhaps, much, much, more important. According to those lawyers who as a jury of “peers”, rated Burleigh County Assistant State’s Attorney Cynthia Feland either dead last or tied for lowest rated of the 10 candidates rated.

In the Tribune article it is explained that:

Lawyers in the State Bar Association were asked to rank, on a scale of one to five, the qualifications of attorneys running in contested state judicial elections on their professional competence, legal experience, judicial temperament, integrity and overall qualification. Of 2,067 evaluations sent out, 382 were returned. Attorneys had the option of having no opinion or no response for each candidate.

Lawyers in the South Central Judicial District, which includes Burleigh, Emmons, Grant, Kidder, Logan, McIntosh, McLean, Mercer, Morton, Oliver, Sheridan and Sioux counties, returned 41.4 percent of the evaluations.

Somehow the author of the Tribune article was able to recognize that Grossman got the highest rating, but for some reason was unable/unwilling to explain that the candidate who has the highest public visibility and obviously has spent LOTS OF MONEY on campaign signage is by far dead last according to other attorneys in overall qualification. DEAD LAST! WAY LAST!

Here are the FACTS. And they are STUNNING:

THIS IS A HUGE DEAL!

A proposed initiated measure that will be entitled the “Infant Decapitation and Skull Crushing Ban Act” was turned in to Secretary of State Al Jaeger Tuesday, April 13, 2010. The proposed ban is designed to limit infanticide within the state and is intended to be added  to the North Dakota Century Code under the Criminal section (Title 12). The Secretary of State has until April 22 to review and approve the petition for circulation.

According to the measure’s sponsor, Daniel Woodard, “Because the word “infant” comes form the Latin term for speechless, the purpose of this bill by definition, is to prevent infanticide.”

It must be kept in mind that the North Dakota and national media will frame this in terms of “abortion” that this is actually about infanticide.

It is often claimed by those supporting the earliest aged forms of infanticide that skull crushing and decapitation of unborn children is rare in North Dakota, available national statistics indicate that:

At what gestational ages are abortions performed:
52% of all abortions occur before the 9th week of pregnancy, 25% happen between the 9th & 10th week, 12% happen between the 11th and 12th week, 6% happen between the 13th & 15th week, 4% happen between the 16th & 20th week, and 1% of all abortions (16,450/yr.) happen after the 20th week of pregnancy.

The fifth week of pregnancy, or the third week after conception, marks the beginning of the embryonic period. This is when the baby's brain, spinal cord, heart and other organs begin to form.

So, where is the brain forming? When does an unborn baby have a head?.................

"Abortion" is the favorite term for those who desire verbiage that is as much a clinical abstraction as possible to keep themselves guilt free......the reality is that killing a child at any age is INFANTICIDE.

According to the Roll Call article, "CRS: Health Law May Allow Viagra Coverage for Sex Offenders", N.D. delegation voted for this coverage in when they voted for the senate health bill that was ObamaCare.

It is quite possible that the Senators voted against the amendments offered to disallow such coverage.
