What we have descended into is a whole political party which stands, really, for nothing.  It seeks power to have power.  It is a political party, nominally for the “working poor,” whose real backers are billionaires and Hollywood multi-millionaires.  Once principled politicians, who chose to call themselves Democrats, tried to protect the folks back home, because they perceived a moral duty to their constituents. 

Now these Brown Nose Democrats, seeing the vast powers Obama has collected, the monolithic power of the Leftist media and academia, and the lure of becoming nabob in the new regime, seek only to stay in power, growing rich (in that inexplicable way that congressmen always seem to do), and have a real home not in some city of Flyover Country, but rather in the Imperial City, Washington.  Blue Dog Democrats are a dying breed.  Brown Nose Democrats are the wave of the future.

Representative Earl Pomeroy has joined the ranks of those either deceptive or ignorant politicians by making claims that give a distorted picture to North Dakota citizens when Representative Pomeroy claims that the nation’s health care system is in need of a reform, with an estimated 47 million uninsured Americans.

Listening to Obama and the Democrats talk about portability, coverage for all, saving money, ….etc., you have to wonder how anyone could oppose such benevolence. But the devil is in the details and Hell is the reality. This health care fraud is about far more than the left is letting on. Watching the goings on in the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee as the H.R. 3200 is refined and constructed tells the real story.Also, here is the most undeniable evidence that the Democrats will use taxpayer money to kill the unborn. Their intent can not be any more clear. This is how you can find out what ObamaScare is really all about.

How did the health-care debate decay to the point where we think it entirely natural for the central government to fix a collective figure for what 300 million freeborn citizens ought to be spending on something as basic to individual liberty as their own bodies?

Freedom is messy. In free societies, people will fall through the cracks – drink too much, eat too much, buy unaffordable homes, fail to make prudent provision for health care and much else. But the price of being relieved of all those tiresome choices by a benign paternal government is far too high.

The Federal Reserve System is fraudulent. Whatever its stated purpose, its effective purpose is to create a mechanism of deficit spending by politicians, through the insidious invisible taxation of monetary debasement (aka inflation). With printed money, the Government can buy services for its voters before the effects of inflation are felt. It is then the voters whose money buys less the following year, as the new money has raised prices, and they are none the wiser.

Obama is now mandating that The Fed is to have more oversight, more authority and control over the markets of the United States. If we can learn anything from The Fed, it’s that the best way to succeed as a politician is to stretch one’s failure over a long enough period that people won’t remember it.
