Nearly every week media outlets discuss impeachment of President Donald Trump. This week is no exception—especially after the president’s former campaign chief Paul Manafort’s guilty plea and decision to cooperate with Robert Mueller’s investigation. In this article, Dr. Justin P. DePlato and Mr. Matthew M. Markulin examine the history of impeachment in America and argue that the best place to find answers is the Constitution.
